B. Eua-arporn received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. In 1992, he received Ph.D. degree from Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine, London, UK. He is currently a professor at the Electrical Engineering Department, and the director of the Energy Research Institute, Chulalongkom University, Thailand.
